Welcome to Y-Stretch Studio!

We are a yoga based studio with a modern twist located at the Superdome in Waldwick, New Jersey. Y-Stretch Studio offers a variety of classes where stretching and breathing create flexibility and freedom to retrain your body at your own pace in a noncompetitive environment.

Learn yoga and stretching from supportive instructors. Our teachers have a tool box of blended modalities to rebuild bodies from the inside out. We hope to create a community where you can learn to nurture self knowledge and self care in small groups. Breath and movement is the yoga element common to all our classes used to balance your mind and body.

Yoga

Everybody has done some yoga or knows what a down dog and a bridge pose are. Did you know that everyone can participate in its benefits when you pair the best practice for where you are at? Stretch

Adding a regular stretching routine can lead to long-term benefits for your physical and mental health. Whether you’re seeking relief from tight shoulders, stress, sleep challenges, or muscle tension, our skilled instructors will guide you through tailored practices to support your well-being. We offer a tool box approach to movement, blending a variety of methods. You can find elements of self massage using props (Body Rolling), yoga and stretching classes, alignment (Refine & Align) and yogic practices to free restrictions (Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra). New students are welcome!
