In this 1-hour Yoga Nidra class, immerse yourself in a guided meditation practice led by Sylvia Epstein designed to bring profound relaxation to both body and mind. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra helps you enter a deep state of conscious rest, promoting healing, stress reduction, and mental clarity.
What to Expect:
Guided Meditation: Led by a calming voice, you’ll be guided through a journey of relaxation, systematically releasing tension in the body and mind.
Deep Rest: Experience the benefits of deep rest as you lie comfortably in savasana, allowing your body to relax while remaining conscious.
Mental Clarity: This practice helps quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
All Levels Welcome: No experience required. This practice is suitable for anyone seeking relaxation and peace, whether new to meditation or an experienced practitioner.
