Basic Yoga
Now on Monday nights! This class is good for those who prefer a slower practice with the focus on flexibility. Each class is unique in its own way based on what the group wants or needs. All classes include breathing reminders, joint-freeing movements and stretches to warm up the muscles before practicing the poses. Props are offered and available for good alignment and ease in the postures. A yoga based practice means students are encouraged to go at their own pace. Students new to yoga can start here. Prepared to be gonged in the deep relaxation!
