Monthly Body Rolling Class with Jennifer

Join our Body Rolling class to unwind and enhance flexibility through guided self-massage techniques using therapy balls and props. Target deep muscle tension, improve mobility, and experience deep release. Roll your way to a more balanced, tension-free body. It’s very relaxing and less painful then using foam rollers. Please wear form fitted clothing, baggy clothes will get in the way. If you have medium to long hair please bring a hair tie.
