In addition to yoga, Ina has been practicing the Tai Chi Cheng Man Ching 37-posture form, sword form, and fencing since 2014. She has been teaching Qigong and Tai Chi form since 2017. Her core teachers are Jody Rubel of Mad Monk Tai Chi and Richard Iannuzzi of Long River Tai Chi Circle. She has also studied under Peter Wayne, Ph.D., founder of the Tree of Life Tai Chi Center, an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Research Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. He is also the author of The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi.
Ina is also a Reiki Master and has been practicing Reiki since 2017.
Beyond movement and healing arts, she expresses her creativity through music—playing electric bass, singing, and writing original songs with her partner, Jody, in their band.
Ina’s classes are intuitive and creative, integrating the depth of her experience across multiple disciplines. She responds to the needs of her students, cultivating a space where they feel safe and connected in their bodies. Sharing the tools that have helped her navigate life’s challenges with grace and gratitude is both a joy and a privilege.
