The Level 1 Yoga Flow class bridges the gap between gentle yoga and more dynamic styles—at your own pace, with plenty of encouragement and modifications offered throughout. You’ll move more than a basic class. It’s perfect for students who have some yoga experience or have been practicing gentle or restorative styles and are curious about transitioning into a more flowing practice.
In a supportive and noncompetitive environment, you’ll be introduced to basic Sun Salutations and guided through simple sequences that coordinate breath with movement. Learn how to move mindfully between poses, build strength and flexibility, and gain confidence in your body.
