Sometimes quieting the mind is the hardest thing to do. Here’s where a Yoga Nidra practice can help. In an hour’s time Sylvia will lead you on a guided meditation that allows your body and mind to slow down and shift into quiet open space. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra helps you enter a deep state of conscious rest, promoting healing, stress reduction, and mental clarity.
