Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is sometimes called “yogic sleep”. A Yoga Nidra practice helps you enter a deep state of conscious rest, promoting healing, stress reduction, and mental clarity. In an hour’s time Sylvia will lead you on a guided meditation that allows your body and mind to slow down and shift into a quiet open space.
Please join Sylvia on Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:30 for a yoga nidra guided meditation to the land of bliss. This practice helps to calm and quiet the mind. It’s very restorative and grounding. The theme of the meditation changes each week. The inspiration for April 2nd is a rainbow and the chakras!
