Ebb & Flow Class

A One-Hour Movement Class with Jennifer. Like the rhythm of the tide, Ebb & Flow guides you through a fluid, movement journey designed to release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. This one-hour class moves through three organic phases, inviting you to explore movement with ease and presence at your own ability.
Standing – We begin with gentle, wave-like motions to wake up the body, encouraging soft, rhythmic movement through the spine, shoulders, and hips. Playing with shifting weight and balance and flowing transitions help cultivate a sense of grounded freedom.
Sitting – Lowering to the floor, we explore deep hip openers, twists, and motions that invite breath-led expansion and release in the lower body. This section encourages mobility and tension relief through gentle, connected movement.
Supine – The final phase invites full surrender as we transition to lying down. Through side bends, breathing, and spinal twists, we support deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and a meditative state.
