
Meet our teachers
At Y-Stretch Studio, our teachers blend yoga and stretching to create balance, connection, and release. Our instructors come from a wide range of backgrounds, forming a shared pool of knowledge that supports many paths into practice.
Classes are student-centered and shaped by the people in the room. We focus on mindful movement guided by breath, helping students build flexibility, stability, and ease at a pace that feels sustainable. Every body arrives with its own history and needs. Our hope is to create space for exploration without pressure, so students can discover what works for them and carry that awareness into everyday life.
